Mindjet Surpasses 900,000 User Milestone

Company's Rapid Growth Is Fueled by Strong Demand for Increased Productivity by Knowledge Workers Across All Industries

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - August 14, 2007) - Mindjet Corporation, the global leader of visualization software for accelerating work processes, increasing job effectiveness, and saving time, today announced continued adoption momentum of its award-winning MindManager productivity application, with over 920,000 MindManager licenses sold to date. The company added over 16,000 new customer licenses in June alone.

As a result of the recent MindManager 7 product launch on May 30, 2007, the Mindjet website welcomed a 29 percent increase in visitors and over 107,000 trial downloads in the 2nd quarter of 2007. Mindjet's leap in adoption growth is largely due to its extremely devoted base of product evangelists and interest from millions. These converts are using MindManager's easy-to-use interface for visually managing ideas, information, and processes in a limitless variety of applications.

"I was one of the first to bring MindManager into National Semiconductor several years ago. I primarily use MindManager to visually capture my ideas and plan my projects. My colleagues use it heavily for Six Sigma," said Wolfram Schneider at National Semiconductor, one of the customers who helped push Mindjet past the 900,000th licensed user milestone. "With MindManager, I am simply able to get more accomplished with a higher degree of business value in less time. Unlike other traditional thinking methods, MindManager eliminates the need for a 'to-do list' thought process, and allows me to think the way I like to think, non-linearly and visually."

The new version of MindManager 7 has received multiple positive reviews, articles and blog postings. For example, Marc Orchant at ZD Net wrote, "MindManager has long featured one of, if not the, best integration schemes with Office applications and their decision to embrace the new UI in their latest version provides a very comfortable, seamless experience for Office 2007 users."

In a marketplace where two thirds of workers suffer from information overload, and loss of productivity costs the U.S. more than 300 billion dollars per year, MindManager fills a business-critical need for creating, sharing, and managing knowledge in enterprises of all sizes. The result is a more productive workforce that is empowered to make more informed decisions that yield optimal results.

"Individuals and teams from all industries are feeling the pressure to process information quicker and more effectively. They need a way to organize complex data, make sense of it visually, and share it with each other. Mindjet MindManager helps our customers see the big picture, interact with ideas and information, and achieve better business results," said Scott Raskin, CEO of Mindjet. "We're experiencing accelerated momentum as more and more individuals and teams around the world realize the power, the simplicity, and the broad range of uses for MindManager."
