Mindpix Expands to Nation's Fast-Growing Music, Entertainment and Technology Hub -- Nashville, TN

Nashville Native, Music, Digital Media and Marketing Authority, Ryan Bitzer, Named New V.P. of Business Development & Strategic Relationships

As part of the expansion, Mindpix also hired Nashville native, music, digital media and marketing specialist, Ryan Bitzer, as its V.P. of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, reporting directly to Victor Siegel, Mindpix President and CEO. In his new role, Ryan is tasked with immediately growing the Company's top-line revenue across music, technology and brands, covering music entertainment, sports and U.S. Hispanic media properties.

Entertainment-based multi-platform music, digital media and marketing expert, Ryan Bitzer comes to Mindpix with 15 years of experience in evangelizing technology and developing new business models within music, technology and brand marketing sectors. He has successfully developed and executed a variety of sales strategies while creating new digital revenue streams for artist and brands alike.

Prior to joining Mindpix, Ryan was the National Director of Industry Relations & Event Marking at Eventful, based in Nashville, from 2011 - 2014. There he developed and grew Eventful's entertainment and event marketing department, and evangelized it to artist, entertainment, and technology communities worldwide. Among his accolades includes the invention, development and sale of new products to major record labels, as well as successful campaigns that led to the receipt of three OMMA (Online Media, Marketing and Advertising) Awards.

In addition and prior to his tenure at Eventful, Ryan held the position of VP Business Development at Sparkart Inc., where he launched, developed and created its entire Nashville business and staff in less than 2 years. Growing the business over 500%, the clients Ryan worked with at Sparkart ranged from Bon Jovi, Carrie Underwood, The Killers, Cierra Jason Aldean, Keith Urban, and major label groups such as Big Machine Records and leading technology companies such as Topspin and Mobile Roadie. 

Previous to SparkArt, Ryan was Chief Strategy Officer at rpm management, responsible for creating the strategy for the mobile and online business of Tim McGraw and Julianne Hough. His strategies resulted in record setting online merchandise sales and database size for those clients alone. He was also instrumental in negotiating, closing, and activating high dollar sponsorships deals with major brands including Clorox, Frito Lay, Coty, and Wrigley's, as well as integrating teams both on the artist-side and on the product-side necessary to maximize consumer sales. Bitzer holds a B.A. in Entertainment Business Management from Belmont University.
