Minemakers Files Technical Report for the Gadde Bissik Phosphate Deposit in Republic of Senegal


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 10, 2015) - Minemakers Limited (TSX:MAK)(ASX:MAK) ("Minemakers" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR a technical report titled "Technical Report Mineral Resource Estimation for the Gadde Bissik Phosphate Deposit, Republic of Senegal", in respect of the Gadde Bissik phosphate deposit in the Republic of Senegal (the "Technical Report"). The Technical Report was authored by MPR Geological Consultants Pty Ltd, and has an effective date of 5 June 2015. The Technical Report can be viewed under the Company's issuer profile on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

The Gadde Bissik deposit is part of the Baobab Rock Phosphate Project in the Republic of Senegal and lies around 110 kilometres east of Dakar (the "Baobab Project"). As previously announced, Minemakers has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the Baobab Project, completion of which is subject to, among other things, receipt of the requisite shareholder approval.
