Mineral Mountain Appoints Rick Adams to the Board


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - June 5, 2012) - Mineral Mountain Resources Ltd. ("Mineral Mountain" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MMV)(OTCQX:MNRL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Adams, P. Eng. a mining engineer with over 4 decades of experience, to the Board. Mr. Adams is a graduate of South Dakota School of Mines and Technology in Rapid City, and has been involved in all stages of mining operations and development in Canada and internationally, in capacities ranging from Project Engineer to Senior Vice-President. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in developing open-pit and underground mining operations and has a proven track record of operating safe, profitable and environmentally sound projects. Most recently, Mr. Adams has been involved with pre-feasability, feasibility and project management functions as a consultant to Canadian and international mining companies.

Mr. Adams will operate from Sudbury, Ontario.

The Company regrets that effective June 1st, James (Rik) Bond, an independent director and a member of the Company's Audit Committee has, for personal reasons, resigned from the Board.
