Minerva Networks Acquires Leading European Over-the-Top Television Platform Vendor

ALVISO, CA--(Marketwire - Nov 8, 2011) - Minerva today announced it has acquired privately held TVBLOB. Headquartered in Milan, Italy, TVBLOB develops software products for the delivery of entertainment services on consumer electronics devices combining legacy television with Internet media sources. The company has successfully deployed its software platform in partnership with consumer equipment manufacturers.
