Mining and Medical Cannabis Company Develops a New Industry for a Post Conflict Colombia

Company Significantly Expands Hemp Operations in Colombia

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Oct 21, 2015) - New Colombia Resources, Inc. (OTC PINK: NEWC) ("New Colombia" or the "Company"), a U.S. company with specialty metallurgical coal, medical marijuana, and hemp assets, is pleased to update shareholders on the progress of their operations in Colombia. New Colombia Resources is in the final phases of the review process for an environmental permit to begin mining activities. This process has taken longer than anticipated due to additional mining plans being added that will enhance value to shareholders. They have also developed a sustainable organic hemp and medical cannabis industry in areas affected by Colombia's rebel conflict. A post conflict Colombia will bring much needed growth to areas of the country mostly neglected.

The company is in the construction and set up phase of their wholly owned concession contract # ILE-09551 for coal and other grantable minerals. The company's specialty coal is Blue Gem, an extremely high grade carbon only found on the Kentucky-Tennessee border and Colombia. Because of its purity, Blue Gem is one of the most sought-after grades of coal in the world used in many different countries primarily to produce Silicon metals for lithium batteries in Electric Cars, laptops, and smart devices. Silicon plants are being built in Canada, Mississippi, and several in Iceland to meet projected increased demand in Electric Vehicles (EV) and mobile electronic devices that demand an extended battery life.

New Colombia's mining activities will first concentrate on supplying much needed aggregate building materials to the road contractors in their area, and then haul a specialty high grade, high demand carbon product on these roads to the Magdalena River terminals. Law 1682 of 2013, deemed the National Infrastructure Law, demands road contractors to purchase material from the closest licensed mine; there are several major road projects in proximity.

New Colombia's subsidiary, Sannabis SAS, continues legally producing medical marijuana products on an autonomous Indian Nation in Norte del Cauca, Colombia. Sannabis has reached breakeven in the month of September; high profit margins provide steady cash flow that is reinvested in the company to continue growing operations. In addition to their own crops, Sannabis has over 1500 plants are in production with 15 indigenous families; they set up the families with 100 plants then buy their medical marijuana to produce high quality medicines distributed throughout Colombia. Sannabis is working with Governors of neighboring tribes to set up several hundred families with 100 plants each.

Sannabis sets up workshops to train growers in the care and organic nurturing of cannabis plants using GMP standards. Most of these growers are indigenous single mothers directly affected by Colombia's conflict that are seeking a legal sustainable livelihood and enthusiastically apply organic and good manufacturing practices. Sannabis quality control personnel closely monitor this process. Sannabis and its sister foundation, Taller Libre, formed a collaboration agreement with a major university to establish a graduate programs on hemp cultivation and processing.

Sannabis was featured in the October edition of Naturalissimo Magazine, a publication serving over 3000 stores selling Natural products. Sannabis products use the following plants, marijuana, coca, calendula, higuerilla, nettle, and rosemary. Sannabis is working with this organization to establish distributorships in these stores. See page 15, http://issuu.com/naturalissimo/docs/naturalissimo_octubre2015?e=8131535/30791390
