Minister of State Congratulates National Canadian Youth Business Foundation Award Winners

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 17, 2009) - The Honourable Diane Ablonczy, Minister of State (Small Business and Tourism), extended her congratulations to the winners of the Canadian Youth Business Foundation (CYBF) 2009 Nation Builder Award:

- W. Brett Wilson, Chairman, Prairie Merchant Corporation

"I congratulate Mr. Aisenstat and Mr. Wilson on winning this prestigious national award, which recognizes their outstanding contributions to entrepreneurship in Canada," said Minister of State Ablonczy.

Minister of State Ablonczy also congratulated the CYBF 2009 National Best Business Award winners, Yan and Sebastien Gagnon of GG Telecom, Quebec.

"The National Best Business Award winners exemplify the best of our country's young entrepreneurs, with the talent and drive to turn their ideas into commercial success," said Minister of State Ablonczy.

The CYBF Awards recognize the entrepreneurial spirit, leadership and accomplishments of Canada's up-and-coming business people between the ages of 18 and 34, their mentors, and the outstanding community partners who support them.

"Now more than ever, Canada needs the type of leadership provided by this year's Nation Builder winners, who give their time and expertise to help young entrepreneurs excel," continued Minister of State Ablonczy.
