Mirage Networks CEO Greg Stock Joins Cymtec Systems Advisory Board

Network Security Veteran to Help Guide Industry Pioneer

ST. LOUIS, MO--(Marketwire - December 13, 2007) - Cymtec Systems, Inc., provider of the first network security and performance management solutions optimized for both single office and remote or branch office environments, announced today that Greg Stock, President and Chief Executive Officer of Mirage Networks, has joined Cymtec Systems' Advisory Board. Mr. Stock has been advising Cymtec Systems for several months.

Stock has more than 20-years experience in the IT industry. Since joining Mirage Networks in 2003, he has led the company to 300 percent annual growth and a solid position as the leading provider of Network Access Control (NAC) solutions, including both pre- and post-admission security. Prior to that, he helped propel global trade management pioneer Vastera to market dominance with more than 10 times the revenue of its nearest competitor, and was instrumental in their successful IPO.

He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Pennsylvania State University. He joins Cymtec Advisory Board members Andy Miller, IT industry opinion leader, and founder and CEO of Miller Consulting; network security expert Neeraj Rajpal, CIO at Bryan Cave, LLP; and IT industry veteran and IT security expert Raj Dhingra.
