Miralis Inc. Receives Financial Support From Government of Canada

SAINT-ANACLET-DE-LESSARD, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - May 24, 2012) - Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, Jacques Gourde, Member of Parliament for Lotbinière-Chutes-de-la-Chaudière, today announced that the firm Miralis Inc. has been granted financial assistance to carry out a commercialization strategy and increase its share of the United States market.

"The Government of Canada is committed to supporting enterprises that, like Miralis, are working to become more competitive and to bolster their exports," said Mr. Gourde.

Miralis Inc. specializes in the custom manufacture of kitchen cabinets and doors for the wholesale and retail markets. The firm once ranked among the 50 best managed companies in Canada.


This financial assistance, granted in the form of a $303,537 repayable contribution, has been awarded through Canada Economic Development's Business and Regional Growth program.
