"As Chairman of the Board for MOLC, Bucky was an extraordinary catalyst to our success."

"In an ever changing community, MOLC is needed more than ever. I want to give special recognition to the Award Dinner Committee who is making this event a success. Proctor Associates.

Dr. Douglas E. Edwards and a group of citizens, who recognized that governmental budget constraints were affecting essential services to an increasingly vulnerable population, founded Mission of Love Charities, Inc. in 1992.
