CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - Nov 14, 2012) -  On November 28, 2012, the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge will present an Innovation Series event: "The Early Risers: The Long Road to Market Adoption." New technologies abound at a rapid pace -- demonstrations in the lab prove the technology is a game changer. But what if the market lags behind and sales are non-existent? Or the technology development hits significant barriers? The panel of experts from highly successful companies across several industries will share the decisions they faced in the early days of product development, the lessons they learned and the strategies they employed to keep their technologies and companies alive and prospects interested as they waited for markets to develop.
