MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge Presents "From Social Insights to Social Business Innovation"

Hear From Social Media Leaders for Intel, SalesForce.com, Bing, Human 1.0, and SapientNitro on How Social Is Changing Every Aspect of Today's Business

CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - Sep 7, 2011) - On September 21, the MIT Enterprise Forum of Cambridge will present an Innovation Series event: "From Social Insights to Social Business Innovation," which will feature a panel of social media gurus that drive -- or work with -- global brands.

New and powerful business models are emerging based on social innovation, while the rapid growth and usage of social media has created a seismic shift that affects every aspect of our lives today. It has been predicted that today's social movement will have the same impact on society and business as Guttenberg had over 600 years ago. Social is making the "Global Village" possible, flattening the world and impacting not only business disciplines such as marketing, sales and customer service, but the very core of business itself.

Topics to be discussed will include the principals and evolution of social; how social is redefining market research, product/service development and innovation; winning models for business innovation; and changing business performance with systems that are reactive, responsive and agile.
