Auto Physical Damage sessions outlined how to improve the claims handling process, while looking at the differences between U.S. and global organizations, and insights gained from those methods. In addition, attendees gained Workers' Compensation insights from the session on eBilling and ePayment regulations, which covered how to evaluate and select optimal partners and solutions. The session also addressed the regulatory industry trends that will drive the market in 2014.
Among the variety of the Auto Casualty market topics discussed, one of the most widely attended sessions was a breakout panel outlining the value of a single workspace for end users through the implementation of pre-built integrations between core claims systems and expert claims systems. Attendees walked away with a deeper knowledge and actionable steps to enable better end user experiences, reduce implementation and IT expenses, and improve overall claims processing efficiency.
