Mitsubishi Dealership Opens in Windsor

Mitsubishi's Expansion Plan Continues Strong

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 29, 2007) -

Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada, Inc. (MMSCAN) announced continued expansion of its dealer network with today's grand opening of Windsor Mitsubishi.

Koji Soga, President and CEO of MMSCAN, Tomoki Yanagawa, MMSCAN's Vice President of Sales and Corporate Planning, and Jay Hazime, Owner/Principal of Windsor Mitsubishi, were on hand to cut the ribbon and officially open the dealership located at 925 Provincial Road in Windsor, Ontario. Also featured were Mitsubishi's all-new 2008 Lancer and 2007 Outlander.

With consistent sales increases including last month's year-to-date sales increase of 39.9%, Mitsubishi is outpacing industry projections on its performance. In addition, the arrival of many new products including the 2007 Galant Ralliart, the 2007 Outlander in February and the 2008 Lancer this month - Mitsubishi is positioned for continued success.

To develop its presence in the Canadian market, Mitsubishi plans on increasing the number of dealerships from 61 to 70 by the end of this year and to 90 over the next three years.

Mitsubishi vehicles are supported by one of the best warranties in the market today, a 5-year or 100,000 kilometre bumper-to-bumper in addition to its 10-year or 160,000 kilometre limited powertrain warranty.
