The Company is a leading provider of consumer-controlled Personal Health Records (PHRs), MyEsafeDepositBox storage solutions and electronic document management and imaging systems for healthcare professionals, as well as a licensor of its health information technology patents domestically and internationally. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, MyMedicalRecords, Inc., the Company now owns eight U.S. patents with multiple claims focused on the digital transmission of medical records, including Personal Health Records.
