MMRGlobal Invites HIMSS Attendees to Make Millions in Stimulus Monies and a Chance to Win With the Bob Lorsch "Win a Million System"

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Feb 13, 2012) - MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCBB: MMRF) ("MMR"), a leading provider of Personal Health Records (PHRs) and electronic document management and imaging systems for healthcare professionals, today announced it will kick off Phase 2 of the Company's MMR Stimulus Program to healthcare professionals at HIMSS in Las Vegas next week, February 20-24, to demonstrate how using its MMRPro system can make millions for doctors, hospitals and other healthcare professionals through patient upgrades on the MMRPatientView portal to a full-featured MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record for a family of 10 including pets. The new program enables hospitals using selected EMR systems that do not use MMRPro to integrate MMRPatientView and participate in the Stimulus Program. The U.S. government is mandating that 90% of all patients be able to receive a copy of their personal health information electronically by 2014. MMR will demonstrate how it is ready to deliver that requirement today well in advance of 2014. To make sure attendees at the show get the message, MMR will also host a daily champagne bar in Booth #2062 to celebrate 2014 today.

Also participating with MMR in Booth #2062 will be MMR strategic partner UST Global, Jacques Blandin, Chairman and Founder of VisiInc, PLC in Australia, and Luo Jianhui, Vice President and Chairman of Unisoft Group, Unis-Tonghe Technology (Zhengzhou) Co., Ltd, MMR's joint venture partner in China. Additionally, there will be demonstrations of MMR services technology from Alcatel-Lucent's connected hospital telemedicine systems, 4medica and Interbit Data.

The Company will also call attention to its MMRPro suite of professional document management and imaging systems powered by Kodak and Fujitsu scanning solutions. Using the MMRPro system in conjunction with the MMR Stimulus Program, hospitals and physician groups can receive hundreds of thousands of dollars per year from patient upgrades through MMRPatientView. At the same time, healthcare professionals can also comply with meaningful use requirements to provide patients with timely electronic access to their personal health information with MMR and get paid MMR Stimulus Program monies with most EMR systems in use and even if they do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

Qualified visitors to Booth #2062 will receive a five-minute demonstration of the Company's products and services and feature MMR's new Prepaid Personal Health Record cards. Attendees will see how easy it is to activate a MyMedicalRecords PHR in less than a minute as described on the prepaid card's retail packaging (see attachment). The Prepaid Personal Health Record card was created to be able to sell PHRs at retailers including pharmacies, hospital gift shops, health supply stores, mass merchandisers, grocery stores and wherever prepaid cards are sold. The packaging is designed so consumers can easily understand the importance of having a PHR. Additionally, the cards are designed so that hospitals and medical offices can use them as a cost-effective incentive to patients and outpatients to better manage their health and reinforce where they receive their care.

Since the HIMSS show is in Las Vegas, the Company wants to be sure that qualifying attendees who visit MMR Booth #2062 receive an Instruction Guide to MMRGlobal CEO Bob Lorsch's copyrighted "Win a Million System" plus a $5 gaming chip they can use to win their million. The "Win a Million System" was originally created by Bob Lorsch for Microsoft who used it at the 1983 COMDEX convention also in Las Vegas. Although there's no guarantee it will do as well for current qualified attendees as it has for Microsoft, Lorsch is a recognized expert in Casino Marketing with more than 30 years of experience providing advertising and marketing services to casinos in Las Vegas, Reno, Lake Tahoe and Atlantic City. In fact, Lorsch spearheaded the largest slot machine promotion in Atlantic City involving millions of people in a one-night social security sweepstakes at Caesars. The program was so successful that on a Sunday night it shut down access to Atlantic City.
