MobiClear Signed Marketing Agreement in Baltic and Russia

DOVE CANYON, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 19, 2006 -- MobiClear Inc. (OTCBB: MBIR) announced today that the company has signed an agreement with MOBIBANQ to market MobiClear's solutions in the Baltic States and Russia. MobiClear actively trades on the NASD Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the ticker symbol MBIR.
