Mobile BIS Introduces New Route Optimization System

New Generation of Software Enhances Efficiency

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - March 4, 2010) -  Mobile BIS, one of the nation's leading innovators of mobile technology services, has announced the release of new software that dramatically enhances the efficiency of multi-stop deliveries based on a broader range of criteria than previously available in the marketplace.

"Schedulers can now optimize route deliveries based on minimizing distance, customer priority, road conditions, truck capacity, and a host of other customized factors," Michael Macho, president of Mobile BIS, explained.

The new system has been in successful operation for a large international distributor of various health products, and rapidly demonstrated significant savings in delivery costs as well as a measurable improvement in customer service.

"Mobile BIS's optimization program immediately integrated into the existing system and elevated the delivery process to a new performance level," Macho explained.

Mobile BIS begins the integration by creating and defining a company's individual "business rules" that will govern the shipping priorities. The system automatically generates Google Maps as well as other customized reports for the scheduler as well as the drier.

"One of the great innovations is the ability to achieve flexibility and efficiency," Macho said. "A router can instantly make changes, add and track deliveries to maximize customer service while reducing labor and shipping costs."

Relatively inexpensive to install, the program requires minimum training and delivers return on investment for small companies as well as more complex operations.
