Mobile Star Corp. (MBSTD.QB) Announces Real Estate Division Loan Underwriting Criteria and Tuesday, March 13, 2012, Week Three Shareholder Call

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 9, 2012) - MOBILE STAR CORP. (OTCQB: MBSTD) (PINKSHEETS: MBSTD) is pleased to announce its real estate division loan underwriting criteria.

MBST's Real Estate Division will consider income producing properties, except owner occupied residential, in the Continental U.S. Target properties should have cash flow to service debt, taxes and insurance and a current appraisal. Loan to Value Ratios (LTV) should be in the 75% range, and borrower rates should be less than 10%. The Division has no pre-payment penalty; however, origination fees will be charged.
