Mobile Stock Picks specializes in identifying companies ripe for a profitable turnaround or a technical breakout before anyone else, and today announces four stocks to watch closely.

  • Cannabis Science Inc. (OTCBB: CBIS)

  • Advanced Cell Technology Inc. (OTCBB: ACTC)

  • Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTCBB: TTNP)

  • Silver Falcon Mining Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI)

Technical Breakdown Alert: Advanced Cell Technology Inc. (OTCBB: ACTC) has just broken below a major support level at $0.085. After one full trading day consolidating below that level, all signs are pointing to lower prices. Watch for $0.085 to now become a resistance level for OTCBB: ACTC and cause a slow bleed to lower prices.

Technical Breakdown & News Alert: Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OTCBB: TTNP) took a 41% dive from $1.10 down to $0.65 on news that the company has entered into an agreement to sell approximately $5.5 million worth of common stock and warrants to institutional investors. This instantly dilutes Titan Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s (OTCBB: TTNP) equity. The common stock purchase price was listed at $0.85, which was at the time of the agreement a 23% discount to market from the previous $1.10 close. As a result, the stock took a nose dive hitting a low of $0.65. The series B warrants also have a strike price of $0.85 while series A warrants carry a $1.15 strike price.

This move by Titan (OTCBB: TTNP) immediately hurts current shareholders as their equity became less valuable the second the company signed the agreement and caused many of them to rush for the exits. With many current shareholders now out of their positions and exercise prices at $0.85 on common stock and series B warrants and $1.15 on series A warrants, keep a close eye on (OTCBB: TTNP) in the coming days to see if you can catch a bounce.

The stock has been oversold on the back of the news and should eventually bounce back towards the exercise prices. The institutional investors took the deal at the proposed strike prices anticipating that OTCBB: TTNP will be above the $0.85 strike price in 6 months when their warrants can be exercised. Watch this one very closely.

Technical "Dead Cat Bounce" Alert: Silver Falcon Mining Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI) has taken an absolute beating over the last few months. However, today we noticed some interesting trading action coupled with an above average volume increase. This could be the first sign of life that this stock has shown since January. Watch Silver Falcon Mining, Inc. (OTCBB: SFMI) for a "Dead Cat Bounce," the term given when a beaten down stock snaps back for a quick gain. It's a type of "relief" trade. Volume is key for a Dead Cat Bounce to take effect. The recent volume surge puts (OTCBB: SFMI) on our radar for a quick trade back above the $0.035 area.
