Andrew Hiser, Chief Creative Officer. Hiser leads Mobiquity's creative/experience design of interactive mobile solutions. Hiser has more than 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in the User Experience and User Interface design industry. Previously, he was Director of Interactive Services for Tank Design, and founder of the Hiser Group, which delivered hundreds of engagements to Fortune 500 organizations and grew to be the world's largest user-centered design consultancy.

Joe Portale, Vice President of Architecture and Security. Portale brings to Mobiquity 27 years of experience in System Architecture/Software Development, Consulting, Project Management, Program Management and Business Development. In previous roles with IBM, Lockheed Martin, Booz, Allen and the National Security Agency, Portale focused on the practical applications of Systems Engineering and Information Security within the government and private industry. Portale has leveraged his understanding of Information Security, Public Key Infrastructures, Biometrics and Cryptography to expand security architectures for private companies in multiple industries.

Jonathan Stark, Vice President of ApplicationArchitecture. Stark is a nationally-recognized mobile application leader whom The Wall Street Journal has called an expert on publishing desktop data to the web. Stark is the author of "O'Reilly's Building iPhone Apps with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript," as well as "Building Android Apps." He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, and is often quoted in the media on Internet and mobile lifestyle trends.

Joel Evans, Vice President of Application Development. Evans brings to Mobiquity more than 15 years of experience with mobile strategy and implementation. Most recently, he was the founder and CEO of Cronk Software, a company providing custom mobile strategies and solutions to both enterprises and small businesses. Previously, Evans founded, an online technology resource and community for technology enthusiasts and professionals; he also served as the Director of Mobile and Wireless Solutions for GTECH, and as a Wireless and Mobility Consultant for Microsoft.

Dr. Gary Rozal, Vice President of Analytics. Dr. Rozal is Mobiquity's digital media analytics expert, specializing in website optimization for desktops and mobile devices, SEO/SEM, social media, social marketing. Dr. Rozal has developed algorithms that optimize consumer response or marketing investment return on digital, traditional, and cross-platform marketing. His roster of past clients includes marquee brands such as AT&T, Cingular, SBC, General Motors, Toyota, Delta, United Airlines, Air Canada, ESPN, Pepsi, Nestle, and Hewlett-Packard.

Timothy Brown, Senior Vice President of Sales. Brown joins Mobiquity with 21 years of experience in high tech sales. Most recently, he was the IBM Business Unit Executive responsible for all IBM collaboration, social, portal and mobile solutions in the US East IMT. Earlier, Brown held a variety of executive positions with several high tech services start-ups, including serving as CEO of Smartbridge, Inc., and Vice President of Sales for Progressive Solutions Corporation.

Joanne Murphy, Vice President of Client Solutions. Murphy joins Mobiquity from AT&T, where she led customer solution, strategy and evolution discussions to Fortune 500 CXOs and senior government officials. Murphy provided global design solutions for a $1 Billion account base across the Fortune 100 supporting the largest financial, technology and insurance corporations. Prior to AT&T, Murphy worked at NYNEX designing the New York City NYNEX Core Network Infrastructure, and Advanced Customer Networks for Fortune 50 clients and telecommunications carriers.

Ashkan Afkhami, Vice President of Business Development. Prior to Mobiquity, Afkhami led the Boston branch of Hercules Technology Growth Capital, a publicly-traded venture capital firm providing venture debt and equity to technology and life science companies. Afkhami has held a number of leadership positions, including CEO and Founder of the Inter-Disciplinary Entrepreneurship Accelerator (IDEA) a venture accelerator program at Northeastern University, and co-founder and active CFO for Greenhorn Connect.

Michael Tobin, Vice President of Operations and Service Delivery. Tobin joins Mobiquity with 20 years of experience driving and integrating the growth of technology consulting and managed service firms. Most recently, Tobin was Senior Vice President and on the founding team of GlassHouse Technologies. Prior to GlassHouse, Tobin served as Vice President of Service Delivery at StorageNetworks. Tobin also held various leadership roles during his 10 years with Cambridge Technology Partners, including European Regional Vice President, Vice President of Custom Software Solutions, and Vice President of E-Commerce Services.
