Modus FX Inc. Receives $125,000 in Funding From Government of Canada

SAINTE-THÉRÈSE, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Aug. 12, 2011) - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, announces that Modus FX Inc. has been granted $125,000 in repayable funding to incorporate a new state-of-the-art process into its visual effects production system and thereby improve productivity.

"Not only is the Government of Canada supporting enterprises in their efforts to carry out innovative projects, it is also helping them improve their products and services in order to strengthen their market positioning and stimulate economic growth," explained Minister Lebel.

Modus FX specializes in the creation of digital animation and special effects for the film, television and video game industries.
