Mohegan Sun Selects Enwisen Knowledgebase HR Solution

Nation's Second-Largest Casino to Simplify HR Service Delivery Functions to Help Provide Better Employee Self-Service and Reduce Operating Costs

ST. PAUL, MN--(Marketwire - Oct 4, 2011) - Lawson Software, an Infor affiliate, today announced that Mohegan Sun has signed a contract to implement Enwisen Knowledgebase. Knowledgebase is a web-based portal that helps unify HR and self-service solutions into one user interface with single sign-on capability. It will provide Mohegan Sun employees with 24/7 'HR anywhere' service to employees, which will help the company reduce administrative costs associated with manual tasks and routine calls to its help desk.

Mohegan Sun, located in Uncasville, Conn., is the second-largest casino in the United States, with 364,000 square feet of gaming space and more than 8,500 employees. The casino will use Knowledgebase to replace several manual, paper-based HR processes and help reduce time spent processing simple tasks, cut costs and better serve its employees.

This solution helps extend HR Service Delivery for employees and managers by helping to simplify access to personalized, accurate information in personnel records. It also provides tools to allow employees to update personnel records, keep up to date on company policies and better understand their total compensation package. In addition to self-service for employees, Knowledgebase also provides modules specifically for line managers and HR professionals.
