Moimstone Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 3, 2013) - Moimstone Corporation ("Moimstone") (TSX VENTURE:MSE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Malana as Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2013.

Mr. Malana is a Certified Management Accountant who brings over 25 years of accounting, operational and financial reporting expertise to Moimstone. Prior to joining Moimstone, Mr. Malana was Chief Financial Officer of Sunward Resources Ltd., a Canadian-based company focused on the exploration and development of gold/copper projects in Colombia where he was instrumental in the set-up of the company's accounting and financial reporting systems and its move from the TSX-V to the TSX.
