MoJiva Adds Talent in Quest to Simplify Mobile Media

Announces Board of Advisors Drawing From Traditional, Online and Mobile Networks, Content and Finance

Mojiva has added the following to their board of advisors:

--  Steven Spencer, a mobile industry veteran, most recently CEO of UPOC
    which was acquired by Dada, USA.  He is on the Board of CTIA's Wireless
    Internet Caucus.
--  Brian O'Kelley, an advertising networks innovator and founding CTO of
    Right Media; currently CEO of AppNexxus.
--  Stephen Dacek, a mobile content visionary, currently CTO of Cellufun,
    the world's largest casual mobile gaming community with several million
    uniques per month.
--  Mike Moran, a publishing and technology sales veteran whose time at
    Fortune Magazine, Time Inc. and Hackett Group, a strategic advisory firm,
    delivered record results through measurable ROI.
--  Laetitia Pichot de Cayeux, a finance professional who was a principal
    at TPG Axon and an investment partner at Renaissance Technologies before
    starting her own fundamental hedge fund, Ajna Capital LLC.
