Molson Canada Announces Amicable Settlement with Miller Brewing Company

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2007) - Molson Canada ("Molson") announced today an amicable settlement of all outstanding litigation with Miller Brewing Company ("Miller") relative to the brewing, marketing and distribution of Miller brands in Canada. It was also announced that Molson and Miller, to the benefit of both parties, have revised and extended the business arrangement by which Molson has brewed and sold certain Miller products in Canada since 1989.

"We are proud and honoured to continue representing the Miller brands in Canada," said Kevin Boyce, President and Chief Executive Officer of Molson Canada. "This agreement provides a solid basis on which to further build sales of the Miller brands in this country."

For competitive reasons, details of the agreement remain confidential.
