MomentFeed Appoints Carey Bettencourt as Chief Client Officer

Industry Veteran to Support Ongoing Growth and Scale

SANTA MONICA, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 20, 2016) - MomentFeed, the online customer experience management platform for multi-location brands, today announced that Carey Bettencourt has joined the company as chief client officer. Bettencourt will oversee MomentFeed's client success organization, including professional and advisory services, client success management, education, support and operations. She will work directly with CEO Robert Blatt, to build upon the company's success with a growing client roster that includes hundreds of leading brands such as Wendy's, Texas Roadhouse, Jamba Juice, JCPenney, and Regal Cinemas.

Bettencourt brings extensive international leadership experience from the software and consulting industries to foster and develop MomentFeed's client growth strategy. Before joining MomentFeed, she was the founder and managing partner of Propelus, a management consulting firm that advises technology and consulting services leaders. Prior to that, Bettencourt was senior vice president of customer solutions at Accruent, where she built and led the professional services organization that was top-ranked for three consecutive years, according to the SPI Research Maturity benchmark -- a global research and consulting firm she later joined as a managing director. Bettencourt has also held leadership roles with market-leading software firms including Oracle, ChannelPoint (now Trizetto), and J.D. Edwards.
