Momentum in Pocatello, Idaho Builds for Empire Management Team, Inc. During the First Quarter

POCATELLO, ID--(Marketwired - Feb 8, 2016) - Director of Operations, Daniel Roundtree, and the dedicated members of Empire Management Team, Inc. continue to lead by example and begin to receive national recognition for their momentous achievements.

EMT, Inc. is located in Pocatello, Idaho and spans across the local area into Idaho Falls, Blackfoot and Chubbuck. New to Pocatello, opening its doors in October of 2015, the organization is already making waves in the Midwest as they continuously rank within the top 5% for production throughout the nation. The organization is beginning to develop expansion goals as momentum builds and projections begin to pour in. "We run a very fast paced organization," explains Daniel. Daniel and his team plan to quadruple in size, opening at least another four offices by year's end. A tall order for any business, Empire Management Team, Inc. plans to achieve these goals by shifting the focus to growth and development this year. The trick is to put what we learn into action back here in Idaho and continue to motivate and create a positive environment in which every employee can thrive in."

The positive office atmosphere that EMT, Inc. strives to create continues to spark interest in entrepreneurs and 'sports-minded' individuals, alike. Daniel personally comes from a sports background. He first played collegiate football at Southern Methodist University where he earned his bachelor's degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship in 2014. "I knew that this business model was something that I could thrive in during my very first interview. The team atmosphere and the competition inside of the office was extremely motivating to me," Daniels says. "The competition inside of our office is second to none. We align our goals as a team and push each other to achieve these goals. We rally around the idea that there is no 'I' in 'team'."

Along with a competitive nature, Empire Management Team, Inc. seeks individuals from diverse backgrounds. "We open our doors to individuals that come straight from college looking for some entry level experience, to individuals that are lifelong entrepreneurs and have years of management or marketing experience.
