Monarch Films Acquires Exclusive International TV Distribution Rights to Four Acclaimed Series From O2 Media™; Airing on Lifetime Television™

This acquisition expands Monarch Films' lifestyle offering to hundreds of hours of quality proven lifestyle programming.

Designing Spaces™, now in its 10th year, is America's signature award-winning home improvement series that travels all over the country, remodeling, redefining and redesigning space. The series airs on the Lifetime Television Network™ three mornings per week with over 300+ half hour TV episodes available.

The Balancing Act®, now in its 6th year, is America's premier magazine-style morning show about women and for women, combining animated conversation, lively demonstrations and "Did You Know" tips to help women balance their lives. The series airs on the Lifetime Television Network™ weekdays with over 850+ half hour TV episodes available.

Mission Makeover™ now in its 3rd season, follows the engaging and powerful journey of women on a mission of a lifetime -- to completely makeover their lives. The series goes beyond your typical weight loss show. During their quest to lose weight and get healthy, the women receive the guidance and the tools they need from industry experts in nutrition and fitness. Mission Makeover™ airs on the Lifetime Television Network™ with 39 half hour TV episodes available.

All Mixed Up™ now in its 4th season, combines the perfect mix of ingredients for food competition, food history and exciting culinary adventure. This series, hosted by Celebrity Chef Ralph Pagano, features three student chefs who compete to create unique Appetizers, Entrées and Desserts in 30 minutes using ingredients from America's favorite brands. After surprise twists and culinary challenges, the dishes are presented to a panel of judges.
