Monster to Support Candidate Experience Awards for Fifth Consecutive Year

Long-Time Talent Board Supporter Continues Enabling Industry's First Candidate Experience Recognition and Benchmarking Program

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Aug 4, 2015) -  Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and data benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, today announced that Monster (NYSE: MWW), a global leader in connecting people to jobs, will support the 2015 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards as a Global Program Underwriter.

A proponent of the CandE Awards program since its inception, Monster has been integral in helping the Talent Board expand the program and drive participation among companies eager to see how the candidate experience they provide to job seekers compares to that of their peers. More than a competition, the CandE Awards enables all participants to benchmark their candidate experience and learn how it can be improved. As the program continues to grow beyond North America to include programs in the EMEA and APAC regions, Monster's global support will help more companies around the world identify the best practices to provide a more positive candidate experience.

"Monster is fully committed to providing industry-leading solutions and services that help organizations hire the talent they need by utilizing a process that provides candidates with a positive experience every step of the way," said Eric Winegardner, Senior Vice President of Client Adoption at Monster. "As a foundational supporter of the CandE Awards, we are proud to continue collaborating with the Talent Board as they expand their mission of helping companies transform candidate experience across the globe."

"As hiring the best talent becomes more competitive, we firmly believe that companies offering a positive, intuitive and transparent candidate experience will be best positioned for talent acquisition success," said Elaine Orler, chairman and co-founder of Talent Board. "Through their continued participation, it is clear that Monster shares this vision as well. Having worked with the CandE Awards since the very beginning, Monster's ongoing support has been crucial to the success of the program, and we are thrilled to collaborate with their team once again."

Winners of the 2015 North American CandE Awards will be announced during the Fifth Annual CandE Awards Reception and Banquet, which will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015. The awards ceremony will cap off the Second Annual Candidate Experience Symposium, taking place Wednesday, September 30 -Friday, October 2, 2015 at the Hilton Fort Worth. During this three-day symposium, talent leaders and influencers will gather together to share practices and strategies that are helping improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
