WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - June 30, 2011) - The Concerned Shareholders of RX Exploration Inc. ("RXE" or the "Company"), Bob Bannerman, Mike Gunsinger, Murray Nye and Max Polinsky (the "Concerned Shareholders"), appreciate the support of Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer and share his concern for the development of the Drumlummon mine if the current Board's proposed slate of director nominees were to prevail.

In an Associated Press article, dated June 29, 2011, Governor Schweitzer said he trusts the Founders and Managers of RXE to continue creating jobs in Montana. With respect to John O'Donnell's proposed crony board slate, the Governor further stated:

"Despite what the new guys say, the mining operations will be curtailed."

When voting, shareholders should consider Governor Schweitzer's message that a change in management will result in mining operations being curtailed. That would result in delays in realizing greater shareholder value. The Concerned Shareholders believe that material disruptions to the current operations could potentially set the Company's permitting and operations behind, possibly as far back as two years, should the current Board prevail.

The Concerned Shareholders also acknowledge the admission of the current Board's hand-picked proposed CEO, Darren Blasutti, who told the Associated Press that "[The Concerned Shareholders have] done a lot of things well."

Moving RXE to the next level will require a variety of permits and a keen and practiced eye towards regulatory compliance, which requires close cooperation with the State of Montana. The Concerned Shareholders have worked tirelessly to develop the essential relationships to bring Drumlummon mine to production and appreciate the support of all key stakeholders, including Governor Schweitzer.
