Montana State Fund Selects Cincom's Document Communications Software

Worker's Compensation Agency Chooses Cincom Eloquence to Streamline Customer Communications

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwire - Sep 13, 2011) - Montana State Fund has selected software provider Cincom Systems' document communications software, Cincom Eloquence®, to simplify its document communications processes.

"After careful evaluation of available document communications solutions, we selected Cincom based on their willingness to engage with us to learn our unique business processes and provide the best value for Montana State Fund," commented Al Parisian, chief information officer for Montana State Fund. Our business users preferred Cincom's interface and toolset, and, Cincom Eloquence integrates well with our Guidewire ClaimCenter solution.

Montana State Fund anticipates a rapid implementation and integration with their Guidewire ClaimCenter claims management system that will yield significant improvements in the speed of template development and document generation from Cincom Eloquence's intuitive interface, which gives business users a more active role -- lessening the burden on its IT resources.

"Not only was our in-house developed document generation system costly to maintain, but it was also difficult to use and, as result, it was taking weeks just to develop and deploy new documents," said Sam Heigh, director insurance applications for Montana State Fund. "It was clear that we needed a document generation solution that was easy to use, easy to integrate with our ClaimCenter claims management system now, and scale to power our policy production as we progress into the future."

Montana State Fund plans to capitalize on the enterprise scalability of Cincom Eloquence by integrating it with its legacy PowerBuilder-based policy administration system to further its mission of helping injured Montanans get back to work quickly and safely.
