Montreal Executives and Bret "The Hitman" Hart Play "Rock Star" to Raise Money for Families With Disabilities at the Inaugural Rock for Dimes.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2007) - For the first time ever, Montreal's top executives will be trading in their suits and ties for ripped jeans and guitars to do battle for the title of Montreal's best corporate band at the Rock for Dimes battle of the bands fundraising event.

Five bands will shake the Hard Rock Cafe on November 15th with the goal of raising an estimated $15,000 for families living with physical disabilities. Revised Edition, Exiled on the Main, The Dynamics, DisOrderly Conduct and The Webtones will be competing, at the same time showcasing their talents to music industry professionals.

Greg Kis, President of Direct Alert, Stewart Valin, of Polio Quebec and Bret Hart, champion wrestler, spokesperson for Stroke Recovery Canada, a program of March of Dimes Canada, have been tapped as judges and The Sky Lounge Trio will be the opening act. Ross Paperman is on hand as the evening's Master of Ceremonies.

All proceeds benefit March of Dimes Canada's programs and services for people with disabilities.

Rock for Dimes events are held across the country in support of March of Dimes Canada. Previous battle of the bands have taken place in Toronto, Halifax, Vancouver and Ottawa. The fundraiser will be debuting in Calgary in the spring of 2008.
