Montreal-Trudeau Airport Hosts New Photo Exhibition

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Dec. 5, 2011) - Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) is pleased and proud to present a new photography exhibition in the Montréal-Trudeau terminal building: O.N.E. - Outfits from a New Era, created by the firm Vous êtes ici and produced by the Biosphère, Environment Museum.

O.N.E. - Outfits from a New Era is a temporary exhibition on at the Biosphère until December 2013. This major exhibition showcases 16 fashion outfits designed using waste products and unusual materials such as batteries, spent shotgun shells, salmon skin and car parts. O.N.E. is an exhibition with a social conscience and aims to awaken people to the importance of adopting eco-friendly practices. Photographs of these one-of-a-kind creations are currently adorning a 45-metre-long enclosure set up to camouflage renovation work on the international departures level. They can also be seen on the backlit columns in the public hall of the international arrivals area.

Through its Aérogalerie program, ADM offers airport visitors a variety of artistic, historical and scientific exhibitions. These exhibitions are part of a program that includes permanent works, multimedia-art projections and lighting art integrated with architecture.
