Leading Sage Accpac Business Partners BAASS Business Solutions, Inc. and D & A Business Management Solutions Agree to Sell Sage Software Solutions Exclusively

IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 31, 2006 -- Sage Software announced today the addition of two top Sage Accpac business partners to the "Sage Select" business partner program, BAASS Business Solutions, Inc. of Toronto and Ottawa-based D & A Business Management Solutions (D&A). Sage Select business partners agree to focus exclusively on Sage Software solutions for their sales of business management software and services, recognizing the performance, reliability and value of Sage Software products and the outstanding business development opportunities the Sage Select program provides. Both BAASS Business Solutions, Inc. and D&A dropped competing products from SAP in order to become certified as Sage Select.
