More Than 1,000 Travel Plazas Now Equipped With Gilbarco's Bulk Diesel Exhaust Fluid Dispensers, Boosting Productivity

GREENSBORO, NC--(Marketwired - Sep 26, 2013) - More than 1,000 travel plazas in the United States and Canada are now equipped with Gilbarco Veeder-Root's bulk, on-island, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) dispensers. These DEF dispensers provide a single fueling position with both diesel and DEF, which improves productivity and convenience for drivers, and increases site throughput.

Gilbarco's DEF dispenser features the familiar Encore® interface. No below grade access is required, and it is easy to use with above ground tanks. DEF can easily be added to an existing Encore Ultra-Hi dispenser with a retrofit kit. As with all Encore dispensers, the Gilbarco DEF dispenser works seamlessly with existing point-of-sale systems.

DEF is an emissions control liquid required by modern diesel engines.
