The Morgan at Loyola Station Receives Leed® Silver Certification From The United States Green Building Council

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - January 19, 2011) - McCaffery Interests, Inc is pleased to announce that The Morgan at Loyola Station has achieved LEED® Silver Certification from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED Green Building Rating System is the USGBC's leading ranking classification for designing and constructing the world's greenest, most energy-efficient and high-performing buildings.

In order to achieve LEED® Silver Certification, The Morgan at Loyola Station apartments meets LEED standards for energy use, lighting, water and material use and incorporates a variety of sustainable strategies.
