Morien Signs Agreement to Sell Remaining Land Holdings in Georgia, USA


HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 29, 2013) - Morien Resources Corp. ("Morien" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:MOX), is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement of purchase and sale ("Agreement") with a Georgia-based individual for the Company's remaining real estate in Georgia, USA. This Agreement concludes the sale of all lands in McDuffie County for total cash of USD$395,000. This sale includes 83 acres for cash consideration of USD$100,000 on closing which is expected to occur on or before November 25, 2013. During the third quarter, the company closed the sale of 208 acres in Georgia for USD$295,000 cash.
