Morneau Sobeco Income Fund Announces the Appointment of Jill Denham and Diane MacDiarmid to the Board

Morneau Sobeco Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:MSI.UN) is pleased to announce that it has increased the size of its Board of Trustees to eight and has appointed Jill Denham and Diane MacDiarmid as Trustees of the Fund.

Ms. Denham brings to the Fund a strong financial services background. She has spent most of her professional career with CIBC, serving in many leadership capacities throughout the organization, including most recently as Vice-Chair, CIBC Retail Markets. The Financial Post has named her one of the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Canada.

Ms. MacDiarmid's wealth of experience in the areas of human resources management and consulting, as well as leadership effectiveness and strategic development will be of significant benefit to the Fund. She is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate Resources with Bentall Capital LP and was previously president of Mercer Delta Consulting Canada.
