TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 3, 2013) - Morumbi Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MOC) ("Morumbi" or the "Company") announced today that Mr. Thomas Loch has resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective December 31st, 2012. Mr. Loch was a founder of the Company, and had been its President & C.O.O. since December 2009. He remains a director of the Company. In announcing Mr. Loch's resignation, Lindsay Semple, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, thanked him for his service as both President & COO.
Morumbi Resources Inc. is a public company with a light oil property in northwest Alberta as well as early stage mineral exploration licences in PNG.
