The Motion Picture & Television Fund Issues the Following Statement Regarding Its Services for Members of the Entertainment Industry Affected by the Current Work Stoppage

WOODLAND HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - November 29, 2007) - The Motion Picture & Television Fund (MPTF), the premier health and social services charity of the entertainment industry, today issued the following statement from David Tillman, M.D., president and CEO of MPTF:

"The current work stoppage has resulted in unemployment for entertainment industry professionals, many of whom may experience financial hardship or other crises during this difficult time. The Motion Picture & Television Fund wants to remind those in the industry that MPTF is here to take care of our own and provide assistance to those in need.
