Motoneige Beauce Sud Inc. Receives Funding From Government of Canada


SAINT-GEORGES, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Dec. 7, 2014) - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Acting on behalf of the Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, the Honourable Maxime Bernier, Minister of State (Small Business and Tourism, and Agriculture), announces that Motoneige Beauce Sud Inc. has been granted financial assistance for the purchase of a new snow grooming machine.

This assistance has been awarded in the form of a $126,300 non-repayable financial contribution through CED's Quebec Economic Development Program.

  • The acquisition of this higher-performance equipment will enable the organization to replace two outdated snow grooming machines.
  • Motoneige Beauce Sud is responsible for maintaining 220 kilometres of snowmobile trails in the regional county municipalities of Beauce-Sartigan and Les Etchemins.
