Motorcycle Company Seeks to Compete With Popular Custom "Cruisers;" Featured on

BIG LAKE, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 1, 2006 -- John Lai, president of Viper Powersports (PINKSHEETS: VPWS), will be live on Market News First radio station on August 1, 2006 for an exclusive interview with Dick Hunter and Andrew Coffey at 9:30 a.m. CDT.

Join Mr. Lai as he will provide brokers, analyst and portfolio managers a revealing insight to Viper Powersports Inc. and Viper Motorcycle Company.

The Company is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a line of high performance premium motorcycles, which are sold under the "Viper" brand and high-performance V-Twin engines. The Diablo and Diamondback motorcycles are American made heavyweight bikes within the popular custom "cruiser" class.

Viper Powersports Inc., formerly ECCO Capital Corporation ("ECCO"), was incorporated in Nevada in 1980 under an earlier name. Prior to 2001, ECCO was for years actively engaged in an automobile leasing business. ECCO was unable to become profitable, and ceased all active operations in 2001. The company remained inactive until early 2005 when it acquired Viper Motorcycle Company, a Minnesota corporation. Incident to this acquisition, ECCO changed its name to Viper Powersports Inc. The business combination between Viper Powersports Inc. and Viper Motorcycle Company was effected as a reverse acquisition. Accordingly, Viper Powersports Inc. regards its inception as being the incorporation of Viper Motorcycle Company in November 2002.

Join in welcoming Mr. Lai at and listen in on the interview.
