Mr. Brian Flannigan Joins FilterBoxx Water & Environmental

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 14, 2011) - Mr. Kevin Slough, Chief Executive Officer of FilterBoxx Water & Environmental Corp. ("FilterBoxx" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Flannigan as Vice President of Chemical Systems of the Corporation. Mr. Flannigan is a veteran of the chemical industry having valuable experience in a senior role at Nalco Company ("Nalco").

Mr. Flannigan began his tenure with Nalco in 1979; he has extensive sales, marketing and business development experience in the specialty chemical industry. His career with Nalco spanned assignments from field sales and sales management. Most recently, he led the senior level leadership of industrial outsourcing activities. In his role as Regional Director, Mr. Flannigan was directly responsible for business development and operations of Nalco's integrated equipment and service business in North America and Mexico. In his role of Vice President Chemical Systems at FilterBoxx, Mr. Flannigan will oversee all aspects of product and systems development, production, distribution and sales.
