Mr. Copy Launches Scan as a Service, a Digital Archival Solution

With Mr. Copy, Companies Can Manage Massive Volumes of Messages, Data, Graphics and Records With Maximum Security and Reduced Cost

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - July 12, 2010) -  Mr. Copy Inc., a Xerox company serving California, today launched Scan as a Service to help customers transform their paper-based processes to more a manageable digital archival solution. Compared to traditional paper-based approaches, this service promotes cost savings of up to 40 percent and productivity savings of up to 50 percent by converting hard-copy records into fully searchable digital formats. A copy of the document is saved in a secure long-term digital storage repository. This reduces security breaches and enhances loss-prevention activities.
