Mr. Ki Nam Resigns from AirIQ's Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 31, 2005) - AirIQ Inc. (TSX:IQ), a leader in Global Wireless Security specializing in Telematics services, today announced that Ki Nam has resigned from its Board of Directors due to the workload of his other interests.

Ki Nam is the controlling member of ACP, LLC, the former owner of the Aircept assets, which were acquired by AirIQ in June of 2004, making Mr. Nam AirIQ's largest shareholder.

Mr. Peter Bradshaw, Chairman states, "I wish to thank Mr. Nam for his contribution to the Board and wish him strong success in his other endeavours."

AirIQ is in the process of identifying candidates to fill the open seat on the Board of Directors.
