MRLD Holdings Acquires LoboGaming

HOLLYWOOD, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 29, 2005 -- MRLD Holdings, Inc. (OTC: MRHD) has acquired LoboGaming Corporation, a Costa Rican gaming software developer, in an all-stock deal.

LoboGaming is an aggressive growth company within a very active Internet gaming industry. In recent years, the online gaming sector has experienced high double-digit growth rates worldwide. Although LoboGaming is a relatively new player in this space, it has already begun generating revenues through its subsidiary,, which boasts having a customer base spanning 5 continents and 21 countries within less than three months of operation.

Management reports the primary focus of LoboGaming remains upon the development of new proprietary software aimed at servicing the largely untapped Asian gaming market.

"While most gaming companies continue to spend millions in advertising and promotion throughout North America and Europe, we believe the true growth potential is in Asia which accounts for almost one-half the world's population, and is rapidly gaining ground on the technologically savvy western hemisphere," said LoboGaming CEO Gustavo Morales.

Controlling interest in MRHD was acquired earlier this month by Senticore, Inc. (OTC BB: SNIO), a publicly traded holding company. Senticore's business strategy incorporates growth by acquisition, with a concentration in timber and logging, residential & commercial real estate, land development projects, and gaming.
