MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. Hires Marketing Firm to Aid With Re-Branding

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - March 8, 2010) - MSE ENVIRO-TECH CORP. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) (FRANKFURT: MEH) reports that it has retained the services of Zenergy Communications, a Toronto based marketing and branding agency, to assist in re-branding the Company and its line of eco-friendly products.

Zenergy will be working with MEVT executives on a wide variety of strategic, branding and investor/media relations initiatives as well as potential patent and trademark applications in support of the recent launch of MSE Fire Inhibitor. As part of this process, the Company's website will be updated to more clearly reflect MEVT's new business and corporate growth plans.

MEVT's core focus is on developing and distributing viable alternatives to harmful and toxic industrial chemicals. The Company's properties include eco-friendly replacements for chemicals used in the treatment of wood, textiles, concrete and metal. MEVT is currently working towards expanding its distribution network and is exploring potential acquisitions that are a fit with its environmentally friendly, technology based product line. The Company is also investigating the possibility of expanding its sales and distribution network.

MSE Fire Inhibitor
More than a fire retardant that merely slows a fire's burn rate, MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.'s new MSE Fire Inhibitor prevents ignition; materials treated with this inhibitor will not burn. The Company's environmentally friendly fire inhibitor is water-based, non-toxic, 100% biodegradable and is believed by management to be one of the most effective and economical flame inhibitors available on the market. The market need for an eco-friendly fire prevention solution has become increasingly urgent in light of the January 2010 announcement that Decabromodiphenyl ether (Deca), a known toxin and suspected carcinogen, will be phased out in the United States, with a full ban on use in consumer products to take effect by December 2013.

MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.
As a technology transfer company focused on the identification of promising opportunities, MEVT's recognition of a critical need for an effective anti-fire technology has guided a program of extensive testing and applications formulating over the past 2-plus years, including working with prospective major users who desire an economical and effective fire inhibitor. Accordingly, the Company has positioned itself to fulfill a critical anti-fire market need across many applications. Management is enthused that by developing its superior and more economical fire inhibiting product, MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. will now quickly achieve the marketing goals that it has set for itself in bringing an effective ant-fire product to a broad range of North American markets.
