MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. Introduces the Leading Edge Hartindo AF11E Fire Extinguishing Agent

BRENTWOOD, TN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 19, 2007 --MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) is pleased to announce the introduction of the Hartindo AF11E Fire Extinguishing Agent, the world's only proven 1:1 direct replacement for both Halon 1301 and 1211. The Company's imminent market launch of the environmentally friendly AF11E is aimed at the critical need to improve building-fire statistics. Based on the AF11E's extraordinary capabilities, management is confident that the Company will garner significant market share as the marketing program rolls out in the months ahead.

The Unique Hartindo AF11E Fire Extinguishing Agent

Belonging to the Halocarbon group of vaporizing liquid fire extinguishing chemicals, the AF11E is similar in action to Halon, but without any of the environmental or toxicity problems associated with Halons. AF11E is not just a Halon alternative, it is a Halon REPLACEMENT! Under the Clean Air Act (CAA), the U.S. banned the production of halon and import of virgin halons 1211, 1301, and 2402 beginning January 1, 1994 in compliance with the Montreal Protocol On Substances That Deplete The Ozone Layer. Recycled halon and halon inventories produced before January 1, 1994, are now the only sources of supply. Halon fire extinguishers have been taken out of service in Australia and the EU, and are expected to be phased out in the US over time, as people are encouraged to cease using the ozone-depleting substance.

In portable form, the performance of Hartindo AF11E equals that of Halon 1211 BCF, (LPC-UK, EN3).

-- Clean, no residue
-- Multi-purpose, ABC
-- Non-toxic
-- Electrically non-conductive
-- Standard throw is three metres. With a special Hartindo nozzle, a
throw of 20 meters is achieved!

Incidence of US Fires -- Not good news!

The National Fire Protection Association "NFPA" points out that there remains much to do to reduce the deaths, injuries and property damage from building fires across the United States and around the world. The NFPA notes, "A portable fire extinguisher can save lives and property by putting out a small fire or containing it until the fire department arrives; but portable extinguishers have limitations. Because fire grows and spreads so rapidly, the number-one priority for residents is to get out safely." The following NFPA statistics certainly suggest that more must be done to lower the incidence of fires and their enormous costs.

The NFPA's 2005 U.S. fire loss clock

-- A fire department responded to a fire every 20 seconds.
-- One structure fire was reported every 62 seconds.
-- One home structure fire was reported every 83 seconds.
-- One civilian fire injury was reported every 29 minutes.
-- One civilian fire death occurred every 2 hours and 23 minutes.
-- One outside fire was reported every 39 seconds.
-- One vehicle fire was reported every 109 seconds.
