MSE Enviro-Tech Corp.'s AF31 Fire Extinguishing Agent Addresses Need for More Effective Forest Fire Fighting Technology

BRENTWOOD, TN--(Marketwire - July 12, 2007) - MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. (PINKSHEETS: MEVT) announces that its AF31 fire fighting agent, soon to undergo testing and certification for North American markets, represents an opportunity to significantly assist in fighting forest fires, such as the huge and destructive wildfire in California's popular Lake Tahoe resort area that recently burned 3,100 acres, forced the evacuation of 3,500, and cost $11.3 million to fight. Property losses from more than 325 homes and structures are expected to add an additional $150 million to the costs.

Forest Fires in the United States -- A Growing Concern

A new report from the U.N. Food and Agriculture Organization cautions that climate change is making forest fires around the world bigger and more intense, increasing the threat to people and the environment and costing countries millions in damage and fire fighting expenses. North American researchers have reported that the incidence and severity of fires "will increase dramatically" with global warming.

In the most recent years for which figures are available, the United States recorded the most severe series of fire seasons since it started collecting statistics, with more than 7 million acres burned in 2004. Initial figures indicate that 8.6 million acres were burned in 2005. In a global assessment of forest fires, the Rome-based UN agency found that 865 million acres of vegetation were affected by fires in 2000 alone! The report urged countries to invest more in fire preparedness and prevention.

Already this summer, drought has been a major factor in hundreds of forest fires that have raged in many parts of the world, including the French Riviera, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, Africa, Asia and across the Americas.

Hartindo AF31

Hartindo AF31 is a water-based, environmentally friendly, fire fighting solution that stops fire and prevents fire spread. The advanced technology encompassed in AF31 provides the following characteristics:

-- Multi-purpose; effective on all classes of fire (A, B, C, D and F/K)
-- Biodegradable
-- Non-toxic to humans, animals or plants
-- Non-corrosive
-- Clean; no specialized clean-up required
-- Fast knock down with NO re-ignition; renders vegetation and other
    materials non-flammable
-- Can be delivered by conventional foam or water dispersal systems
-- Can be used in forest fires to fight fire or create fire breaks, as it
sticks to trees and plants, rendering them non-flammable for an extended
period or until the next rain event

AF31 and Forest Fires

AF31 has been successfully used to fight forest fires in Indonesia and other areas of the Far East for over 10 years. The environmentally friendly and very effective anti-fire solution can also be applied to structures, such as houses and other vulnerable buildings, and areas around these structures, which can further decrease the possibility of their destruction by encroaching forest fires.

AF31 may be applied to trees and other vegetation to create an effective "fire barrier," as it renders the plants non-flammable until it is eventually washed away by rain. Importantly, AF31 is fully biodegradable and will not harm trees or other vegetation.

Market Potential

Upon completion of successful testing and certification of MSE Enviro-Tech's environmentally friendly Hartindo AF31 Fire Extinguishing Agent, the Company intends to address the large and growing market for such technologies to combat the enormously expensive incidence of forest fires across the nation. MSE Enviro-Tech Corp. is in the process of establishing a nationwide network of agents and distributors for the exciting Hartindo products, the world's most advanced line of environmentally friendly fire inhibitor and fire suppression products.
